To activate your Brightflag account, set a password using the login link you receive when you’re added as a user.
When do I need to activate my account?
You need to activate your account if:
This is your first time using Brightflag, or
You’re using a Brightflag login link you haven’t used before
If you already use Brightflag on the same login link, no activation is needed.
How activation works
When you’re added as a user, Brightflag sends an activation email.
👉 That email contains the correct login link.
To activate your account:
Open the login link from the email
Click Reset Password
Enter your email and click Next
Open the password email and set your password
✅ Once your password is set, your account is active.
You’ll use this login link and password going forward.
Didn’t get the activation email?
This usually means:
You haven’t been added yet
The wrong email was used
You missed the email
👉 You can still activate your account:
Confirm which login link your client uses
Open that link and follow the Reset Password steps above
If you’re unsure, confirm with your client’s Brightflag Admin.
Didn’t receive the password email?
This is usually caused by spam filters or email blocking.
