When a client rejects your submitted timekeeper rates, Brightflag will email you so you can correct and resubmit them.
How it works
- Notifications are sent within the next 12-hour window after rejection (at 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM)
- Multiple rejections from the same client are bundled into one email
- Rejections from different clients generate separate emails
- You can reply directly to the email to reach the user who rejected the rates
