Brightflag has three main login links. The log-in details for each server are listed below:
- North America: https://app.brightflag.com/login
- Europe, Middle-East & Africa: https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login
- Asia Pacific: https://aus.brightflag.com/login
1. Log into your Brightflag account using the appropriate login link from the options above.
2. Click on your name located at the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. Click on the name of the currently displayed client. This step is required to open the full list of clients. A pop-up menu will appear, showing all clients linked to your account.
📌 Important:
You must click on the currently displayed client’s name to reveal the full client list. The list will not appear automatically.
4. Within the Customer, Firm, or Office drop-down menu, click on the arrow to display a list of all clients, firms and offices you have access to. Choose the client, firm, or office you want to access and click OK.
Troubleshooting: Why Don’t I See My Client?
🔍 Double-check these points:
✔ Did your client add you with the correct email?
- Ensure they used the correct email address when adding you.
✔ Are you using the correct login link?
- Make sure you're logging in using the correct regional Brightflag URL.
✔ Did you follow Step 2?
- You must click on the name of the currently displayed client in the upper-right corner to open the pop-up. The full list will not appear automatically.
✔ Does your client still use Brightflag?
- If you or your firm can no longer see the client/customer in the list of clients to toggle/choose between, it could be that your client no longer uses Brightflag. It's best to reach out to your client directly for clarification.
