How to switch clients (follow all 4 steps)
Step 1: Log in
Log in using the Brightflag login link your client confirmed.
Step 2: Open your profile menu
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Step 3: 🚨 CRITICAL STEP
Click directly on the current client name.
Clicking around the name won’t work
Clicking your name again won’t work
You must click the client name itself
✅ A list of clients, firms, and offices will appear.
Step 4: Select the correct client
Choose the client from the drop-down menu
Click OK to switch
If the client list does NOT appear
Step 3 was not completed correctly.
👉 Go back and click the current client name.
If you still don’t see your client
This usually means:
You’re logged in to the wrong login link
You weren’t added as a user
Your access was removed or disabled
Remember
Logging in does not switch clients
Switching is not automatic
No client list = no switch
