It is easy to locate a specific invoice within Brightflag, whether you submitted it yourself or a colleague did. Follow the steps below to find any invoice in the system:
Step-by-Step Guide:

Log In to Your Client Account:
- Access your Brightflag account using your login credentials.
- Navigate to
Menu > Invoices > View Invoices
.

Search and Filter:
- Use the search bar to input relevant keywords related to the invoice, such as invoice number, client name, or date. You can also search invoices by entering the amount, PDF name or filename of the attachment.
- You can apply filters to refine your search, including filters for the submission date, invoice status, or the user who submitted the invoice.

Find Invoices Submitted by a Colleague:
- To locate an invoice submitted by a colleague, use the filters to select the colleague’s name or email.
- Could you look over the list of invoices that appear and locate the one you need?

Check Related Matters (Optional):
- If the invoice is linked to a specific matter, you can also find it by navigating to
Menu > Matters > View Matters
. - Select the relevant matter by clicking on the Matter Reference, then go to the "Invoices" tab to view all associated invoices, including those submitted by colleagues.
