Q: Why might I be unable to find a matter in Brightflag?
A: If you can't find a matter in Brightflag, it may be due to insufficient access permissions. The matters you can access as a Brightflag vendor depend on your access level.
Q: How do I check if I have the necessary access to a matter?
A: Contact your Law Firm's Admin user. They can check your permissions and ensure you have access to the required matters. Brightflag Support cannot provide this access.
Q: What steps should I take if my client has granted me Admin access to Brightflag?
A: If you have admin access, you can manage access levels for all users at your Law Firm up to the Vendor Office Admin level. For instructions on how to add a colleague to a Matter, click here.
Q: What if I have Admin access but still can't find the matter?
A: The matter may need to be requested, created, or assigned to the correct office location. Some clients do not allow firms to request or create matters. In such cases, you should contact your client directly to request that the matter be created and shared with you. Brightflag Support cannot create new matters.
