Timekeeper rates are retained to:
Preserve historical billing accuracy
Support invoice auditability
Maintain long-term reporting and compliance
Previously approved rates remain visible even after new rates are submitted.
What You Can Do Instead
Submit a new rate with a different effective date
Stop using older rates for future invoices
