View all matters requiring updates from a customer
Post individual updates

π© What If the Vendor Doesnβt Respond?
βQuestion: What happens if the internal or vendor matter lead doesn't respond?
If they donβt reply, no action is taken. They will receive the next scheduled automated update request (weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the client's Matter Update Request Schedule).
π§ How do I delegate a colleague to post the update on my behalf?
Simply forward the update request email to your colleague, and they can use the link in the email to post the update on your behalf.

Yes! Log in to Brightflag and locate the matter where you'd like to post an update: How Do I Find a Matter in Brightflag?
Open the matter and click on the Updates tab:
Click on the text field to add the update, and then click + Post Update to submit it.
