Quick answer
Vendor Admin access can only be granted by:
An existing Vendor Admin (if enabled by the client), or
Your client’s Brightflag Admin
⚠️ Admin access is controlled by your client.
Brightflag Support cannot assign admin roles.
Upgrade a colleague to Vendor Admin
Go to Menu → My Firm → Firm Details
Locate the colleague
Select the Vendor Admin checkbox
Refresh the page to save changes
⚠️ If the option is visible but disabled, your client has not enabled this feature.
