Manage Vendor Admin Access at My Firm (Admins Only)

Quick answer

Vendor Admin access can only be granted by:

  • An existing Vendor Admin (if enabled by the client), or

  • Your client’s Brightflag Admin

⚠️ Admin access is controlled by your client.
Brightflag Support cannot assign admin roles.


Upgrade a colleague to Vendor Admin

  1. Go to Menu → My Firm → Firm Details

  2. Locate the colleague

  3. Select the Vendor Admin checkbox

  4. Refresh the page to save changes

⚠️ If the option is visible but disabled, your client has not enabled this feature.
