📌 If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, follow these steps to reset it.


1️⃣ Use the Correct Brightflag Login URL

Brightflag accounts are accessed via region-specific login links to ensure client data is stored in the appropriate location.

North America: https://app.brightflag.com/login
Europe, Middle East & Africa: https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login
Asia Pacific: https://aus.brightflag.com/login

2️⃣ Reset Your Password

Go to the correct login URL for your region.
✔ Click "Reset Password" on the login page.
✔ Enter the email address linked to your Brightflag account.
✔ Check your email inbox for a password reset link (if not found, check your spam/junk folder).
✔ Click the reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
✔ Return to the correct login URL and log in with your new password.


🚨 Troubleshooting: Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Email?

Check spam/junk folders – Your email provider may have filtered the email.
Ensure you’re using the correct login URL – Refer to the list above.
Verify your email address – Ensure you're entering the correct email associated with your Brightflag account.
Confirm with your client – If you’re unsure whether an account has been created for you, your client can check.
