How to Reset Your Brightflag Password
If you're having trouble logging into your Brightflag account because you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue and successfully reset your password.
Step 1: Determine the Correct Login URL
Brightflag Client Accounts are located via different login links. These links are generally based on the HQ of the client. The reason for these links is to ensure the client's data is stored in the region of their choice. It’s essential to use the correct link to access different clients. Below are the links for the three regions:
- North America: https://app.brightflag.com/login
- Europe, Middle East & Africa: https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login
- Asia Pacific: https://aus.brightflag.com/login

Step 2: Reset Your Password
Once you know which login URL to use, follow these steps:
- Go to the relevant login link for your region and click on the Reset Password button.
- Enter the email address associated with your Brightflag account.
- Check your email inbox for a message containing a link to reset your password. (If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.)
- Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
- Return to the correct login URL for your region and log in using your new password.
Troubleshooting: I Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Email
If you’ve followed the steps but didn’t receive the password reset email, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your spam/junk folder: Your email provider may have filtered the reset email.
- Ensure you're using the correct login URL: Verify that you are accessing the correct Brightflag login page for your region (refer to the login URLs above).
- Verify your email address: Make sure that the email address you’re entering is the one associated with your Brightflag account. If you are unsure whether an account has been created for you, reach out to your client for confirmation. They can quickly verify if you have an active account in the Brightflag system.
