Step 1: Use the correct login link
Brightflag has different login links. You must use the one your client uses.
North America: https://app.brightflag.com/login
Europe (EMEA): https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login
Asia Pacific: https://aus.brightflag.com/login
If you’re unsure, ask your client which link is correct.
Step 2: Reset your password
Open the correct login link
Click Reset Password
Enter the email address linked to your Brightflag account
Check your inbox for the reset email
Follow the link to create a new password
Return to the login page and sign in
You may be asked to verify your email
Some clients require an extra security step.
If enabled:
You’ll receive a 6-digit code by email
Enter the code to continue
The code expires after 15 minutes
⚠️ This is controlled by your client. Brightflag Support cannot disable it.
