How Do I Get Access to Brightflag as a Law Firm Vendor?

Quick answer

You can only access Brightflag if your client’s Brightflag Admin or a Vendor Admin at your firm adds you as a user.
Brightflag Support cannot grant vendor access.


Who can add me?

One of the following must happen:

  • ✅ Your client’s Brightflag Admin adds you

  • ✅ A Vendor Admin or Office Admin at your firm adds you


What happens after I’m added?

Once you’re added as a user:

  • You receive an activation email

  • You set your password

  • You log in using your client’s Brightflag login link

What Brightflag Support can and can’t do

❌ Brightflag Support cannot:

  • Add users

  • Grant access

  • Change roles or permissions

✅ Brightflag Support can:

  • Help you identify the correct Client Brightflag Admin

  • Help you identify the correct Vendor Admin at your firm
