You need to switch clients

You haven’t been added as a user

If you use Brightflag for another client, your client may be hidden in a different view.

⚠️ Most issues happen because the client list was never opened.
Step 2: Confirm the login link
If you’re logged in to the wrong Brightflag login link, the client won’t appear.
Make sure you are using the same login link your client uses:
If you’re unsure, ask your client which of these links is correct.
Step 3: Confirm your access
If the above steps don’t help, confirm that:
Your client added you as a vendor user
The correct email address was used
If you still can’t see the client
