This is a Matter ID defined by the client, not Brightflag.

🔍 How to Find the Client Matter ID
1️⃣ Go to Menu > Matters > View Matters
2️⃣ Locate the relevant Matter
3️⃣ Look for the Client Matter ID column
If the Client Matter ID is blank or missing, contact your client and ask them to update it.
