Use this guide if you are uploading a PDF invoice and the Matter dropdown opens but shows no options.
This happens at the first step of PDF invoice upload, when you are asked to select a Matter.
❓ What Does This Mean?
If the Matter dropdown opens but no Matters appear, it means there are no Matters available for you to select.
This is not a system error.
