How to Modify an Existing Timekeeper Matter Rate

Currently, timekeeper matter-based rates cannot be edited manually through the UI. To make changes, you must use the bulk upload method.

⚠️ Manual Edits Not Supported for Matter Rates

• Clicking the ✏️ Edit icon on a general rate opens a modal where you can make edits

• Clicking the Edit icon on a matter rate:

  • You’ll be blocked from editing

  • A message will inform you that changes must be submitted via bulk upload
