If you're a vendor working with clients across different regions, you may be confused about:

  • Which Brightflag login URL to use
  • Why you need to access Brightflag via different URLs (servers)
  • Why your password doesn’t work across different links

This article will help clarify all of that.

🔗 Step 1: Confirm the Correct Login URL

When a client signs up with Brightflag, they choose a data storage region—US, Europe, or Australia. You must access Brightflag via the corresponding login URL:

Check with your client which URL to use.
This information can be found in the Brightflag welcome email with the subject line:
📩 “Brightflag Account Details”

🌍 It doesn’t matter where you are located. You must log into the server where your client’s data is hosted, which is typically (but not always) the location of their headquarters.

🔁 Why You See Different Clients on Different URLs

Brightflag uses three separate regional servers, which cannot be linked. That means:

  • You cannot see all your clients in one place
  • Each login URL is treated as a completely separate account
  • Brightflag cannot merge or link access between the servers

Even if your email and password are the same across two or more servers, they are still treated as independent logins.

🔒 Passwords Are Not Shared Across Servers

If you reset your password on one login URL, it does not update your password on the others.

Each Brightflag server (US, EU, AU) manages accounts separately:

  • Password resets only apply to the server you're currently using
  • Resetting a password on the wrong server will not generate an error
  • You will not receive an email unless your account exists on that specific server

⚠️ Tip: If you're not receiving a password reset email, double-check that you're using the correct login URL.

💬 Common Questions

Can I use the same email address across different Brightflag servers?
Yes. You can use the same email address on multiple servers (US, EU, AU). However, each login is treated as a separate account, and credentials do not carry over between servers.

Why isn’t my password working?
You may be trying to log in to the wrong Brightflag URL. Passwords are not shared across servers. If you recently reset your password, be sure you're logging in to the same server where you made the change.

Can Brightflag Support update or link my accounts?
No. Brightflag Support cannot modify access or link accounts across servers.

Why haven’t I received my onboarding or password reset email?

  • First, check your spam or junk folders.
  • Confirm with your client that they’ve granted you access on the correct server.
  • If you attempt to reset your password on a server where you don’t have access, you will not receive an email, and no error message will appear.

👉 Be sure you are using the correct login URL for password resets.

📥 Still Need Help?

If you're unsure which URL to use or still haven’t received your login details, please:

  • Confirm with your client which server your access is on
  • Ask your vendor admin if they can re-invite you
  • Refer to the onboarding email titled: "Brightflag Account Details" for the correct URL link to use
