When Will My Invoice Be Paid?

Brightflag does not process invoice payments.

All payments are handled directly by your client’s Accounts Payable (AP) team, outside of Brightflag.


What This Means

  • Brightflag cannot tell you when an invoice will be paid

  • Brightflag cannot confirm payment 

  • Brightflag cannot provide payment dates or updates

If your invoice is Approved in Brightflag, it has been sent to the client for payment.


How to Get a Payment Update

To find out when you will be paid, contact your client’s Accounts Payable team directly.
