All payments are handled directly by your client’s Accounts Payable (AP) team, outside of Brightflag.
What This Means
Brightflag cannot tell you when an invoice will be paid
Brightflag cannot confirm payment
Brightflag cannot provide payment dates or updates
If your invoice is Approved in Brightflag, it has been sent to the client for payment.
How to Get a Payment Update
To find out when you will be paid, contact your client’s Accounts Payable team directly.
