Brightflag does not process or manage payments. All payment-related activities—such as remittance, payment timelines, and disbursement of funds—are handled directly by your client’s Accounts Payable (AP) team.

If you're looking for information about when your invoice will be paid, you may be using terms like:

  • When will our invoice be paid?
  • Has our invoice been processed for payment?
  • What is the estimated remittance date?
  • Can we get an update on the payment date?
  • When will we receive funds?
  • Looking for payment confirmation
  • Status of disbursement
  • Awaiting funds transfer

No matter the wording, the answer is the same: Brightflag does not manage invoice payments. The client you submitted the invoice to is responsible for all payment-related actions and updates.


✅ Steps to Check the Status of Your Payment

  1. Identify the correct contact in your client’s Accounts Payable (AP) team.
  2. Reach out via email or phone to request an update on your invoice payment.
  3. Include relevant invoice details to help them locate your request:
    • Invoice number
    • Invoice submission date
    • Invoice approval date (if available)
    • Any related Purchase Order (PO) numbers

📬 Who Receives Payment Notifications?

  • Payment updates and remittance information are sent directly by the client.
  • These notifications are typically sent to the email address used to submit the invoice through Brightflag.
  • Brightflag does not receive or send any payment confirmations—these are managed by the client’s internal finance systems.
