Open your bulk upload spreadsheet.

Each Matter must have a unique Customer Matter ID and Matter Reference.

Save and re-upload the file.

What This Means
The currency field is not using the required format.
How to Fix It
Use a 3-letter ISO currency code only

❌ $, USDollars, GBP (£)
❌ Error: Upload failed due to template changes
What This Means
The spreadsheet structure was modified.
How to Fix It
Re-download the original template from Brightflag.
Ensure:
No columns were removed
No columns were renamed
No columns were reordered
Copy your data into the fresh template and re-upload.
