Some clients require an extra email verification step when logging in.
What’s happening
If this is enabled by your client:
Brightflag sends a 6-digit verification code to your email
You must enter the code to continue logging in
The code expires after 15 minutes
Didn’t receive the code?
Check spam / junk folders
Ask IT to allow emails from invoices@brightflag.com
Click Resend Code to request a new one
Important
This setting is controlled by your client
Brightflag Support cannot disable it
Support cannot resend codes on your behalf
