🚨 Issue:
You started uploading an invoice in Brightflag but did not complete the submission. Now, you cannot find the invoice to finish the process.
🔍 Why Is This Happening?
If an invoice is partially uploaded but not submitted, it may be saved in Brightflag’s system and not appear in standard searches.
✔️ How to Locate and Complete Your Invoice Submission
📌 For PDF Invoices:
1️⃣ Navigate to Menu > Invoices > Upload Invoices.
2️⃣ Click "Submit Invoices in PDF Instead".
3️⃣ Click "View Uploaded PDF Invoices to Confirm" to check for the pending invoice.
4️⃣ If the invoice appears, complete the submission process.
📌 For LEDES Invoices:
1️⃣ Navigate to Menu > Invoices > Upload Invoices.
2️⃣ Click "View Uploaded LEDES Invoices" to check for pending invoices.
3️⃣ If the invoice appears, complete the submission process.
⚠️ Troubleshooting: Still Can’t Find Your Invoice?
🔹 The invoice will only appear for the vendor user who originally started the submission.
✔ If someone else uploaded it, ask them to complete the submission or share the invoice details with you.
