If you need to update or correct a Timekeeper ID in Brightflag, follow the steps below.
You can update the Timekeeper ID (TK ID) by following these steps -
1️⃣ Navigate to Menu > Timekeepers.
2️⃣ Click Bulk Submit.
3️⃣ Download the template containing your existing Timekeeper details.
4️⃣ Remove all entries that are not being updated and update the relevant Timekeeper ID in the .XLSX file
5️⃣ Re-upload the updated timekeeper to Brightflag. (Bulk Submit > Browse)
📌 Note: Updating the Timekeeper ID does not require a re-approval from your client.
