What Happens When the Accrual Period Is Closed?

🔹 Once the accrual deadline has passed, it is not possible to submit accruals through Brightflag.
🔹 Brightflag Support cannot reopen closed accrual periods.

1️⃣ Reach Out to Your Client

If you missed the deadline, contact your client and ask if they can manually input the accruals on your behalf

2️⃣ If You Believe the Period Should Still Be Open

Before taking further action:
Ensure you are logged into the correct client account in Brightflag.
Contact your client to verify whether the period should still be open.

3️⃣ Contact Brightflag Support (If the Issue Persists)

If your client confirms the period should be open and you still cannot submit, reach out to Brightflag Support for assistance.

📌 Important: Brightflag Support cannot extend or override accrual deadlines, but we can help troubleshoot access issues if the deadline is still active.
