Access to Brightflag is controlled by admins — not Brightflag Support.
Who you contact depends on what you need help with.
If you need access to a client (or can’t see a client)
Contact your client’s Brightflag Admin.
They control:
Which vendor users are added
Vendor roles and permissions
⚠️ Not every client contact can do this.
It must be the Brightflag Admin for that client account.
If you need help within your firm
Contact your firm’s Vendor Admin.
They can:
Add or disable users
Update user roles (if enabled by the client)
Manage firm users inside Brightflag
If you don’t know who the admin is
Follow this order:
1️⃣ Ask internally at your firm who the Vendor Admin is
2️⃣ Ask your client who their Brightflag Admin is
3️⃣ Contact Brightflag Support only to help identify the correct admin
⚠️ Brightflag Support cannot change access, but can help point you to the right person.
