📌 Brightflag does not support the deletion of timekeepers to preserve historical billing and reporting data. However, if a timekeeper has left your firm or their details need to be anonymized, you can update their record.
How to Anonymize a Timekeeper
1️⃣ Go to Menu > Timekeepers in your Brightflag vendor portal.
2️⃣ Search for the timekeeper.
3️⃣ Click the pencil icon to edit the timekeeper’s profile.
4️⃣ Update the details:
Replace identifiable information (e.g., name and contact details) with a placeholder such as "Former Timekeeper" or a unique identifier.
5️⃣ Click "Update" to save the changes.
