How to Request an Upgrade to Vendor Admin Access in Brightflag

📌 Only existing Vendor Admins within your firm or your client’s organization can assign this access.
📌 Brightflag Support cannot adjust Vendor Admin permissions.


How to Request Vendor Admin Access

1️⃣ Check If Your Firm Already Has a Vendor Admin

  • If your law firm already has a Vendor Admin, ask them to assign the role to you.
  • Only Vendor Admins can grant this permission to other users.

2️⃣ Contact Your Client for Admin Access

  • If no Vendor Admin is assigned to your firm, you must request the role from your client.
  • Your client’s Brightflag Admin controls user roles and can adjust permissions as needed.

3️⃣ Contact Brightflag Support (If You Need Help Reaching Your Client)

  • If you're unsure who to contact at your client’s organization, Brightflag Support can provide your client’s Brightflag Admin contact details.
  • Submit a request via the Vendor Help Center to request this information.
