What This Error Means
You are submitting a LEDES invoice, and your client requires an additional attachment.
If you see error BF123, it means:
The LEDES file was uploaded, but
A required supporting document was not attached
This is a client-configured requirement.
Some clients require extra documents, such as:
Backup documentation
Expense receipts
Supporting reports
Other invoice-related files
If the required attachment is missing, the invoice cannot be submitted.
How to Resolve It
Open your LEDES invoice submission.
Scroll to the Attachments field.
Click Add Attachment.
Upload the required supporting document.
If you are unsure what document is required, contact your client for clarification.
