- The PDF attachment was not uploaded during the invoice submission process.
- The file attached is not in PDF format.
Troubleshooting the Issue
Step 1: Ensure a PDF is Attached
- Check if a PDF version of the invoice has been attached during the submission process.
- Verify that the file format is .pdf and that it is correctly uploaded alongside the invoice.
Tip: If the file is in a different format (e.g., Word or Excel), convert it to a PDF before attaching it.
How to Fix
Step 1: Attach a PDF Version of the Invoice
- Open the invoice submission form in the Brightflag application.
- Ensure that a valid PDF version of the invoice is attached to the submission.
- If needed, convert the invoice to PDF format and upload the file.
Step 2: Re-upload the Invoice
- After attaching the correct PDF, re-upload the invoice for processing.
Error BF111 - No Invoices Uploaded
Note: Resolving BF122 typically resolves BF111 as well.
