Overview of the Issue

The error message:
BF101 - "Invalid file extension."

This error occurs when the file you're attempting to upload has an unsupported or incorrect file extension. The system only accepts certain file extensions.

If your file does not have one of these extensions, it will be rejected by the system.

Troubleshooting the Issue

Step 1: Check the File Extension

  • Confirm that your file has one of the allowed extensions listed above.
  • Files with other extensions will trigger this error.

Tip: To verify the file extension, check the file properties or rename the file with the appropriate extension if necessary.

How to Fix

Step 1: Change the File Extension

  • If your file has an unsupported extension, save or convert the file to a format that matches one of the allowed extensions (e.g., .pdf, .xlsx, .docx).

Step 2: Re-upload the File with the Correct Extension

  • After changing the file extension to a valid one, re-upload the file to the system.
