This error means that the system has detected that the file you are trying to upload has already been uploaded, based on its checksum (a unique identifier for the file’s contents).
Possible Causes:
- The file was already uploaded previously.
- The same file is being re-uploaded without modifications.
Additionally, if you encounter BF111 - No invoices have been uploaded, this will be resolved by resolving the source of the problem in this case BF106.
Troubleshooting the Issue
Step 1: Verify If the File Was Already Uploaded
- Check your submission history to see if this file has already been uploaded.
- Ensure that the file you are uploading is new or has been modified if a previous version was already submitted.
Step 2: Modify the File if Necessary
If you need to upload a similar file, but with updates:
- Make necessary changes to the name and file content (e.g., new invoices or data updates).
- Ensure the updated file is not identical to the previously uploaded version.
Tip: Even small changes in the file will result in a new checksum and allow successful re-upload.
How to Fix
Step 1: Modify the File Content
- If the file was already uploaded, make any necessary changes (e.g., add or update data) and rename the file.
- Save the updated file with the necessary modifications.
Step 2: Re-upload the File
- After modifying the file, re-upload it to the system.
