How to disable a user

Sometimes, people move companies or are no longer involved in the Brightflag process. If you need to disable a user, you can do so if your admin permissions are higher than theirs.

To manage this, go to Menu > My Firm and scroll to the bottom. To disable the user, simply check the box next to their account under the Disabled field.

Note: If you have clients on all three servers, this action needs to be performed on each server. We do not delete users unless we receive a request from the applicable client. Brightflag support can't provide admin access this must come from the client.
