🔎 Before contacting support, search for answers in the Brightflag Vendor Help Center.
- Use the search bar to find solutions (e.g., "invoice submission," "login issues").
- If you can't find an answer, continue to the next step.
2. Use the In-App Help Icon
📌 Log into Brightflag → Click the Help icon (bottom-right corner) → Search for your issue.
💬 If no solution appears, follow the prompts to submit a request.
3. Submit a Support Request

📋 Include:
✔ Your law firm’s name and the name of your client
✔ Description of the issue
✔ Screenshots (if applicable)
✔ Your Brightflag-associated email
4. Response Time
📩 Support will respond within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday).
✅ Ensure You Receive Emails:
- Gmail: Open an email from @brightflag.com → Click three dots → "Add to Contacts."
- Outlook: Go to Junk Email → Find an email from @brightflag.com → "Mark as Not Junk."
5. No Phone Support
📞 Brightflag does not offer phone support for vendors.
