No. Invoices cannot be uploaded to closed Matters in Brightflag.
❓ Can Vendors Reopen Matters Themselves?
No. Vendors cannot reopen Matters.
Only the client can change a Matter’s status.
❓ What Should I Do If the Matter Is Closed?
Contact your client and ask them to either:
Reopen the existing Matter, or
Create a new Matter and share it with your firm
