If you've followed all the password reset steps and still cannot access your account, contact the Vendor Admin at your firm to unlock your account. Below are the steps the Vendor Admin can take to unlock a user account.

Steps for Vendor Admin to Unlock a User Account

  1. Navigate to the relevant office where the user is located.
  2. Go to the My Firm page and scroll down to see all users.
  3. Locate the user that needs assistance, tick the Disabled box, and refresh the page.
  4. Return to the same user, unselect the Disabled box, and refresh the page again.
  5. The user's account is now reset, and they can follow the reset password steps to regain access.

Troubleshooting Tips for Vendor Admins

Note: Ensure that you are logged in with the necessary permissions to manage user accounts. If you are unsure about your permission level, contact your firm's support.

What to Do If You're a Locked Vendor Admin

As a Vendor Admin, you have the ability to disable or enable users who have lower permission levels than yourself. However, you cannot reset the account of another user with the same permission level, such as another Vendor Admin.

Tip: If your account is locked and you're a Vendor Admin, follow these steps:

  • Contact your client (the firm you're working with).
  • They will use their access rights to unlock your account by following a similar process outlined above.
