Why Is My Firm’s Name Different on Brightflag?

Brightflag allows clients to assign Custom Vendor Names to their vendors. The name your client assigns is the name that will display throughout Brightflag.

This may differ from:

  • Your registered firm name

  • Your trading name

  • The name shown on your invoices


Do I Need to Do Anything?

No.

There is no issue with your account, and no action is required.

The displayed name is controlled entirely by your client’s configuration.


Can I Change the Name?

Vendors cannot edit their Custom Vendor Name in Brightflag.

If you would like the displayed name updated, you must contact your client directly and request the change.

📌 Brightflag Support cannot modify vendor names — only your client can update this in their Vendor Management settings.
