📌 There are two ways to connect with a client on Brightflag:
1️⃣ A colleague at your firm can add you.
2️⃣ Your client can create your account.
1️⃣ Added by a Colleague
✔ If your firm is already connected to the client in Brightflag, a colleague with the Vendor Admin role can add you.
✔ This ability is controlled by your client, so you may need to contact your client directly if this option is not available.
2️⃣ Added by the Client
✔ Send an email to your client contact requesting to be added as a vendor user.
✔ The client’s internal Brightflag Admins will add you.
✔ Once added, you will receive an email with a login link.
✔ If you don’t know who to contact, reach out to Brightflag Support to request your client’s contact details.
If Your Client is Transitioning to Brightflag
✔ If you received a Go-Live date notification, ensure your firm has provided a list of all users who need access.
✔ This list should include: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address for each user.
✔ Users will be added on the Go-Live date.
🚨 Important Notes
✔ Brightflag Support cannot add vendor users
✔ If you are unsure about your firm's access, check with a Vendor Admin at your firm or your client's team.
