There are two ways to connect with a client on Brightflag:
1. A colleague at your firm can set up the account for you.
2. Alternatively, your client can create the account on your behalf.
After your account is created, click here for instructions on how to activate it.
1. Added by a colleague
If your firm is already listed on the client account in Brightflag and your colleague holds the vendor admin role, they can add you as a vendor user by following these steps. Please note that this setting is configured at your client's discretion, and you may need to contact your client directly.
2. Added by the client
Please note: Brightflag support does not have the authority to add you as a vendor user. Your client controls all vendor access to their instance of Brightflag.
