If you manage multiple clients using Brightflag, this guide will show you how to view each one, switch between clients, and ensure you're on the correct server. Note: Access can only be provided by the clients, if you need a contact for them please reach out to us via ticket.
Important Note
Brightflag uses three main login links to ensure optimal data privacy and security. Your client's account will be hosted on the server where their headquarters is located or where they choose to store their data. For example, if you have multiple clients headquartered in the US, both will be accessible on the US server.

Access Multiple Clients on Different Servers
If you work with multiple clients across different servers, follow these steps to manage them efficiently.

Switching Between Clients on the Same Server
Follow these steps to switch between clients on the same Brightflag server:
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Log in to your Brightflag account using the correct login URL for your server (US, Europe, or Australia).
- Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- In the drop-down, click on any client’s name, even if it’s not the one you need to access.
- In the new window, locate the Customer drop-down menu, then click the arrow to see all clients you have access to.
- Select the client you want to access and click OK.
💡 Note:
Switching between offices is currently only available to Vendor Admin users.
If you are not a Vendor Admin, contact your client’s admin team to upgrade your access.
