Brightflag provides a secure platform where clients control who can access their data. This guide will help you understand how to manage access to Brightflag, switch between clients, and resolve any login issues.

Issue Overview: Cannot Find Onboarding Emails

If you’ve been added to Brightflag by your client but cannot locate your onboarding emails, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folders in your email inbox. Onboarding emails are sometimes mistakenly filtered.

  2. If you still cannot locate the emails, reach out to your client to ensure you’ve been added to the Brightflag system correctly.

Important Notes

Important:

  • Clients have full control over who has access to their data on Brightflag, including adding new law firms and users.
  • Brightflag Support is not authorized to add law firms or users to client accounts. All requests to add or upgrade users must be directed to your client.
  • When contacting your client, request that they add your law firm and any necessary users to the relevant Matters on Brightflag. This is required for you to successfully submit invoices.
  • If you need your client's contact details, reply to this email and include the name of the client you’re requesting information for.

Switching Between Clients on Different Servers

If your clients are hosted on different Brightflag servers, you'll need to log in using the appropriate URL for each server. Brightflag uses three main login links based on where your clients' data is stored:

Brightflag Login URLs:

Server Login URL
US https://app.brightflag.com/login
Europe https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login
Australia https://aus.brightflag.com/login

Tip:
Bookmark the relevant login URLs for quick access.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're still having trouble accessing Brightflag, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Double-check you’re using the correct login URL for your client’s server (US, Europe, or Australia).
  • Clear your browser cache to remove any outdated login data.
  • Ensure you’re using the correct credentials. For password management, consider using a tool like Keeper Security, to securely store your different logins.

Recap: Clients Control Access

Important Reminder:

  • Clients manage and approve all user access to their data on Brightflag. Brightflag support cannot add or upgrade users.
  • For any access-related issues, contact your client directly to request user access or upgrades.
