When your Brightflag account is created by your client, you will receive an email which contains a link to log in and set up your password. Click on the link in the email and follow these steps to create your password and access your account:
1. Click on Reset Password to begin the process.
2. Enter the email address that the login link was sent to, as this is the only email address associated with your account.
3. You’ll receive an email containing a link to set a new password (be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
4. Click the link and set your new password.
5. Return to the URL relevant to your client and login with the password you set.
Please Note:
- If you cannot find the account creation email, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find this email, but you've received confirmation from a client or Brightflag that your account has been created, navigate to the Brightflag login page.
- Brightflag has three main login links. North America (https://app.brightflag.com/login), Europe, Middle-East & Africa (https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login) and Asia Pacific (https://aus.brightflag.com/login)
- If you're unsure which login link to use, reach out to your client or the Brightflag Support team for assistance.
- You won't be able to log in or activate your account until your email address is added to Brightflag by your client or a colleague. Brightflag support is unable to add your email address or create an account for you.
