1. The Currency drop-down menu will not display any options until a Matter has been selected
2. The missing currency is not configured as an accepted option by your client
1️⃣ Currency Field is Greyed Out or No Currencies Appear
Cause:
The Currency drop-down menu will not display any options until a Matter has been selected from the Matter Search drop-down menu at the top of the invoice upload page.
Solution:
✔ Select a Matter first. Once you choose a Matter, the Currency field will automatically populate with the available currency options.
2️⃣ Selected Matter, but Currency is Missing
Cause:
If you have already selected a Matter but the currency you need is not listed, it means your client controls which currencies are available for that Matter. The missing currency is likely not configured as an accepted option.
Solution:
✔ Reach out to your client directly for assistance.
✔ Your client can update their configuration to add the missing currency if necessary.
3️⃣ No Matters Available in the Matter Search Drop-down
🔍 Cause:
If no Matters appear in the Matter Search drop-down menu, it may indicate that you do not have access to any Matters in Brightflag under the office you are currently logged into.
