How to Determine if my Invoice has been Rejected

1. Find your invoice in the Brightflag portal. 

2. Check the Status column; it will indicate Rejected

3. Review the rejection reason listed in the grid/table on this page under Rejection Note.

4. If you submitted the invoice, you will also receive an email notification about the rejection.
