I receive an error saying my invoice has already been uploaded

  • The invoice might have been uploaded by a colleague, and you may not have the required access level. If you're a standard user and need to view invoices uploaded by a colleague in the same Brightflag office, please request them to share the invoice with you.
  • The invoice might have been uploaded by a colleague, but not submitted
  • The invoice may have been rejected, and you need to link it to the original draft.
