How to Check Your Client's Invoice Adjustments and Reasons for Rejecting an Invoice

1. Navigate to Menu > View Invoices.

2. Find the relevant invoice using the filters or search bar.

3. Click the Actions button to the right of the invoice and then click Download Invoice.

4. Select the Excel sheet Detail lines from the downloaded file to view. 

5. The adjustment/rejection reasons will appear here.
