What Does This Message Mean?
This message appears when your Excel template contains duplicate timekeeper rate requests or timekeeper rates that already exist in Brightflag.
✅ New timekeeper rate requests in your file will still be submitted successfully.
How to Fix This Issue
1️⃣ If the Timekeeper Is Already in Brightflag and You're Updating It
- Ensure the timekeeper's name in your file exactly matches the approved name in Brightflag.
- If you need to update a timekeeper’s name, follow the manual update steps.
⚠️ Important: If the name formatting does not match, the system may display a duplicate timekeeper ID error.
2️⃣ Remove Unchanged Timekeeper Entries
- If you're updating a rate for a specific timekeeper, only include that update in your file.
- Remove any existing timekeeper entries that are not being updated to prevent unnecessary system checks.
3️⃣ Ensure There Are No Duplicate Entries in Your File
- Make sure the same person is not listed twice in your file.
- Check that the same timekeeper ID is not used multiple times for different entries.
