Access Requirements
Only Vendor Admin and Vendor Office Admin users can view timekeeper rates.
Where to Find Timekeeper Rates
- Go to Menu > Timekeepers.
- Use the status tabs to filter rates.
Timekeeper Rate Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted and awaiting client review |
| Approved | Approved and active for invoicing |
| Rejected | Declined by the client |
View Rate History
- Click a timekeeper’s name to see all submitted rates, including rejected entries.
- The displayed rate reflects the current effective rate.
Important Notes
- Only the client can approve or reject rates.
- Brightflag does not send email notifications for rate status changes.
