How to View and Track Timekeeper Rate Statuses

Access Requirements

Only Vendor Admin and Vendor Office Admin users can view timekeeper rates.


Where to Find Timekeeper Rates

  1. Go to Menu > Timekeepers.
  2. Use the status tabs to filter rates.

Timekeeper Rate Statuses

StatusMeaning
PendingSubmitted and awaiting client review
ApprovedApproved and active for invoicing
RejectedDeclined by the client

View Rate History

  • Click a timekeeper’s name to see all submitted rates, including rejected entries.
  • The displayed rate reflects the current effective rate.

Important Notes

  • Only the client can approve or reject rates.
  • Brightflag does not send email notifications for rate status changes.
