If you need to check the status of your timekeeper rate submissions in Brightflag, you can do so easily—provided you have the necessary access.
📌 Only users with Vendor Admin or Office Admin roles can view and track timekeeper rates.
Follow the steps below to check the status of any pending timekeeper rates.
🔹 Steps to Check the Status of Timekeeper Rate Submissions
1️⃣ Navigate to the Timekeepers Section
- Go to Menu > Timekeepers from the Brightflag dashboard.
- This will open a list of all timekeeper submissions for the client you are currently logged into.
2️⃣ View the Full List of Timekeeper Submissions
- The list will display all timekeeper submissions, including:
- Timekeeper names
- Roles
- Rates
3️⃣ Check the Status of Each Submission
- Look at the Status column on the right side of the screen.
- The status will indicate Pending, Rejected, or Approved.
- Sort by Status → Click the column header to organize submissions based on their current status.
- View Submission Details → Click on a specific timekeeper’s name to see full details of their rate submission history.
🔹 Understanding Submission Statuses
Status | Meaning & Next Steps |
---|---|
Pending | The client's Admin has not reviewed the submission yet. If the rate remains pending for an extended period, follow up with the client to expedite review. |
Rejected | The rate has been denied by the client. Contact the client for clarification and guidance on how to correct and resubmit. |
Approved | The timekeeper rate is approved and ready for use. You can now submit invoices using this rate without issue. |
📌 Important Notes:
- Brightflag Support cannot approve or reject timekeeper rates—only the client has control over these decisions.
- You will not receive an automatic email notification regarding timekeeper rate approvals or rejections. You must manually check the status by following these steps.
