Who received this request from the Client? The Vendor Admin for the law firm or vendor will receive the email if the function is enabled for a client.
Which email should I use? Use your work email address. The survey is specific to each timekeeper and cannot be managed centrally.
What if a timekeeper doesn’t want to share this information? There is an option to select "prefer not to say."
