If you cannot see a matter you need to submit an accrual for, check the following:
1️⃣ Confirm the Correct Client Account
If you work with multiple clients, make sure you are logged into the correct client account. Matters only appear within the relevant client.
2️⃣ Check the Office You’re Viewing
Matters may be assigned to a specific office.
Switch between offices to ensure you are viewing the one linked to that matter.
3️⃣ Confirm You Have Access
You must be assigned to the matter (or be a Vendor Admin/Office Admin).
If you don’t have access, contact your Vendor Admin or your client.
4️⃣ Confirm the Matter Is Open
Accruals can only be submitted for open matters.
If the matter is closed, contact your client.
