Can't See the Accruals Option?
If you don’t see the Accruals option in your menu, it could be due to your user role in Brightflag. Here’s how access works for different user roles:
Vendor Admins
- Access Level: Full access to submit accruals for all matters across the organization.
Office Admins
- Access Level: Can submit accruals only for matters assigned to their office.
📝 Tip: Double-check that you are viewing the correct office if you don't see some matters listed.
Standard Users
- Access Level: Limited to submitting accruals for matters to which they are directly assigned.
If you believe you should have access to more matters or the accruals option is still missing, contact your organization’s administrator to review your user permissions.
