You can edit an accrual only while the submission period is still open.
If the deadline has not passed, you may update and resubmit your accrual amounts.
Steps to Edit an Accrual
Log in to Brightflag.
Go to Menu > Accruals.
Confirm the submission deadline shown at the top of the page.
Locate the matter you need to update.
Edit the accrual amount in the relevant field.
Click Submit at the top of the page.
Confirm the submission.
Your updated submission will replace the previous amount.
Important
You may edit and resubmit multiple times before the deadline.
Once the deadline passes, the accrual period closes.
Brightflag Support cannot reopen closed accrual periods.
If you need to correct an accrual after the deadline, you must contact your client directly.
