How to Create or Request a Matter
The ability to create or request a matter depends on your client’s settings. If you don't have the option to create or request a matter, contact your client and ask them to open the matter and share it with you.
Creating a Matter
Follow these steps to create a matter in the system:
1. Navigate to the Matters Section
- Go to Menu > Matters > View Matters.
2. Add a New Matter
- Click the Add Matter button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Complete the Matter Creation Form
- Fill out the Matter Creation Form.
- Required fields will be highlighted in pink.

4. Finalize the Entry
- Once all required fields are completed, click Add Matter to save the new matter.

If you cannot see the option to add or request a matter, this may be due to your client’s settings. Please reach out to your client to resolve this.
